Attention murder mystery addicts – a touring ‘blood-splattered’ crime scene is giving audience members a peek behind the scenes of a homicide investigation.
Crime Live is a touring murder crime scene, where visitors will get a free glass of wine, before joining real forensic scientists in their SOCO suits as they solve a violent killing.
Tracy Alexander, director of forensic services at City of London Police, and Jo Millington, senior blood pattern analysis expert, have a combined experience of over 45 years in the field, and will reveal how investigators would dust for finger-prints, scrutinise evidence and analyse DNA.
The event, which takes place at the University of Manchester on November 3, is run by Inside Justice, a charity set up to investigate alleged miscarriages of justice.
